Position Summary

Under the general and direct supervision of the Corporate Manager, provide Customer Relation and Marketing Support for the clinic. Perform other diverse duties as requested or required.

Essential Job Functions

Computer Systems:PowerPoint, Email, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, GE Centricity Practice Management (PM), GE Centricity Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Kryptiq Secure Messaging, Physician Portal, Satellite Med website, Satellite Med portal, scanner, ADT-Entra Pass Corp. Edition, Nova Time

Phones: Utilize phone system and x-lite phones properly, manage voice mail calls and answer phones in a courteous manner, quickly identify caller’s needs, and route calls appropriately, create complete flag and phone notes and route appropriately.

Communication:Communicate with all staff, patients, businesses, and medical facilities in a professional, knowledgeable, and effective manner. Appropriately discuss Satellite Med with the community. Follow up and seek resolution to complaints per policy and reports them to a supervisor and office manager. Report all incidents as per policy.

Activities: Plan and attend community events to promote Satellite Med. Actively participate in other community events as requested. Daily visits to businesses and medical facilities to help promote Satellite Med and address any problems and further attend to their needs pertaining to Satellite Med. Promote Satellite Med in the Work Place; establish pre-employment and worker’s compensation relationship, attend health fairs, answer questions related to available services at Satellite Med and administer vaccines when appropriate. Plan, design and budget marketing needs of the Company utilizing resources in the local community, newspapers and magazines, Maintain supply of marketing materials for the company.

Financial: Proper handling of money and payments. Able to compile reports as needed

Job Standards

Education: Minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required. CPR and AED certification is recommended

Experience: No experience is necessary; however it is requested to have experience in 
the medical field and/or experience in customer service. Pay is based upon experience level
